Growth’s standard integration allowance is one booking OR one CRM integration, not one of each. Provider and platform fees are separate. SEO foundations do not guarantee rankings; accessibility checks are not a certification.
02 / Requirements beyond a standard website
A conversation before a specification.
Custom design, ecommerce and more involved workflows need clear boundaries. We assess suitability before agreeing a project.
Commerce
From $3,499
USD · one-time project
A scoped Shopify or WooCommerce storefront, chosen around your requirements.
Branded, responsive storefront
Up to 25 client-supplied products
One supported payment-provider integration
Standard shipping and tax settings using merchant-supplied requirements
Cart, checkout and notification checks; administration handover
Custom checkout, subscriptions, marketplaces, complex shipping, ERP/POS links and major migrations are separately scoped. Provider approval, merchant obligations and transaction/platform fees remain separate.
A discovery-led starting point for a defined business system, not a flat price for an unrestricted application.
Requirements and workflow definition
Architecture, roles and permissions agreed in scope
Portals, data-backed interfaces or integrations assessed for suitability
Milestones, testing, deployment and support responsibilities specified before commitment
Complex backends, accounts and operational workflows are not included in standard website packages. A production SaaS platform requires its own specification and quotation.
Need a custom website design rather than a custom application? Professional and Growth provide tailored layout starting points. Distinctive interfaces or additional functionality can be discussed as a separate scope.
03 / Separate ongoing care
Support after launch.
Care is a separate monthly service, not an automatic charge or an inclusion in your build fee.
Essential Care
$49 / month
USD · separately agreed recurring service
Availability and health checks
Scheduled technical and backup-status verification where access permits
Supported platforms, eligible work, support hours, unused-hour treatment and cancellation terms are agreed in writing. Hosting, licenses, new features, major debugging, emergency recovery and third-party fees are not included by default. No 24/7 response or unlimited engineering is promised.
04 / Focused supporting services
Start with a specific need.
Brand Identity
From $399
USD · one-time project
A focused identity starting point. The assets, formats and revision scope are agreed around your needs. Comprehensive brand strategy is separately quoted.
A defined improvement or repair sprint. We agree the issue, deliverables and acceptance criteria before quotation; this is not unlimited troubleshooting.
You supply approved business facts, content, product information and assets you have permission to use. We organize and refine them within the agreed scope.
Original copywriting, photography, translation, extensive migration and additional pages or integrations are quoted separately unless expressly included.
Third-party and ongoing costs
Domains, hosting, business email, paid plugins, platform subscriptions, payment processing and other provider fees are separate by default. Your written quote confirms the final project fees and any applicable tax.
Changes and revisions
A revision round is a grouped review of the agreed work. New pages, features or changes in direction need an agreed scope and fee before work begins.
05 / A clear next step

Questions before you start.
Is the starting price my final quote?
Not automatically. The final quote reflects your pages, content, design and functionality. We confirm the written scope and price before work starts. An enquiry does not place an order.
Are website projects monthly subscriptions?
Foundation, Professional, Growth, Commerce and the standalone services are one-time project fees starting at the displayed amount. Website Care is separately billed monthly only under a separate agreement.
Who supplies the content?
You provide approved facts, descriptions, images, product details and legal text. Content organization and refinement are scoped with the package; original copywriting, research, photography and translation are separate unless included in writing.
Can I edit the website myself?
That depends on the agreed platform and CMS scope. Foundation treats an editable CMS as an add-on; Professional includes it only if scoped; Growth includes a CMS within its specification. Training and access are defined in handover.
How long will the project take?
We agree a schedule after confirming scope, available content and review dependencies. There is no universal launch-in-seven-days promise. Content delays or new requirements can change the schedule.
Are hosting, domains and email included?
Not by default. These and other third-party subscriptions or transaction costs are separate unless your proposal explicitly includes them.
What about payments, cancellation and ownership?
Your proposal and agreement define payment milestones, cancellation/refund terms, acceptance, source access and ownership or licensing. We do not assume a universal deposit or an unrestricted ownership promise.
Do you guarantee rankings or sales?
No. Technical SEO, accessible implementation and performance checks support a sound website foundation. Rankings, traffic and commercial results depend on factors beyond the build.
Is Website Care the same as fixing a launch defect?
No. Care covers separately agreed ongoing work. Any post-launch defect obligations and exclusions belong in the project agreement; fixed warranty durations have not been finalized for this draft.
What if none of these packages fits?
Contact us with your requirements. We can discuss a scoped website, a defined improvement or an appropriate discovery-led quote without forcing your project into an unsuitable package.
